Sarah is the Senior Director of Risk, Regulatory, and Controls at Northwestern Mutual, where she leads the assessment, design, and execution of large-scale initiatives driven by regulatory and legislative change. She joined the company in 2007 and has spent much of her career in compliance.

A Racine native, Sarah earned a BA in English from Alverno College. She moved to Milwaukee in 1993 and now lives in Wauwatosa with her husband, Andrew, and their two-year-old daughter, Siobhan, adopted through ACI. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with extended family, reading, dancing, and traveling to / exploring new places.
