Molly is a Senior Director of Product Development at Northwestern Mutual. She is responsible for research and development of new products for the organization. Molly has been working at NM since 2014, spending the majority of her time before joining the product development team as a leader on the Digital Innovation Team.

Molly grew up in Milwaukee and attended Marquette University (Masters of Applied Economics) before moving to Washington DC to work for the federal government for 10 years. As part of her government service she was lucky enough to live and work overseas for several years in Berlin, Germany and Lisbon, Portugal.

Molly moved back home to Milwaukee in 2014 and has been active in the community through her work as a board member for the Association of Marquette University Women.

Molly and her husband, Matt, have been married 16 years and have two amazing daughters, Maddi (5) and Belle (2), both of whom they adopted through ACI.
