Celebrating 40 Years of Support Care Real Connections

At the center of our work are the values that have guided us from the beginning: hope for every child’s future, heart in every decision we make, and home in the families and communities we help build. This milestone is not just a reflection of where we have been. It is a commitment to continuing to support families with compassion, trust, and care at every stage of the adoption journey.

At Adoption Choice, Inc., what sets us apart is our commitment to making adoption support more accessible, inclusive, and relationship-centered. From reduced fees for qualifying families and birth parent scholarship support to support groups, annual family picnics, and a trusted Wisconsin presence, our work is built around real connection that continues beyond placement.

Reduced fees, birth parent scholarship support, and guidance designed to meet families where they are.

We believe cost should never be the barrier to building or supporting a family. Adoption Choice offers reduced fees for qualifying families and birth parent scholarship support to help make adoption more accessible. Our team works closely with each individual to navigate options, answer questions, and provide guidance without added pressure.

Community Outreach

Adoption Choice is committed to inclusive, affirming practices for all individuals and family structures. We are the only private adoption agency in Wisconsin partnered with the National SOGIE Center’s All Children, All Families program and have achieved the Solid Tier of recognition for maintaining these standards in our work.

As a Wisconsin-based agency, we understand the communities we serve and the resources available across the state. Our local presence allows us to provide personalized, consistent support while building trusted relationships with families, partners, and community organizations.

We believe connection is a vital part of the adoption experience. Through support groups and annual family picnics, we create opportunities for families to come together, share experiences, and build lasting relationships within a supportive community.

Adoptive Family Resources

Adoption is not a one-time event, it is a lifelong journey. We offer continued support through groups, resources, and guidance well beyond placement. Our goal is to ensure that birth parents, adoptees, and adoptive families always have a place to turn, no matter where they are in their journey.

Our work is strengthened by partnerships with organizations that share our commitment to ethical adoption and family support. Adoption Choice is proud to be affiliated with the National Council for Adoption, BraveLove, and AdoptMatch, expanding the resources and opportunities available to the families we serve.
