Hilary joined our team as an Adoption Counselor in October 2024, primarily serving the greater Milwaukee area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Business Administration. Hilary is a licensed certified social worker in Wisconsin and has completed additional training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

Hilary brings experience from her previous roles in county foster care and counseling survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in shelter settings. Her international upbringing has fueled her passion for advocating for children, as she firmly believes that every child deserves love, stability, and support. Infertility is a cause close to her heart. She is excited to help birth parents and adoptive parents navigate their unique adoption journey.

At home, Hilary enjoys playing board games, cozy farming games, and spending quality time with her loving husband and family. Hilary is an animal lover and currently has two cats.
