Shyanne is the newest Adoption Counselor of the ACI team as of February 2023, working primarily out of the Green Bay office. Shyanne has earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a minor in Family Studies, a certificate in Child Welfare, and a certificate in Gerontology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Before joining the ACI team, Shyanne had one year interning and two years working in the Child Welfare field. Shyanne also maintains her license as a certified social worker in the state of Wisconsin.

Professionally, Shyanne looks forward to supporting, guiding, and advocating for birth and adoptive parents and families. In addition, she is eager to engage in community outreach. Personally, Shyanne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
