Tiana is an adoption counselor and casework supervisor at Adoption Choice, Inc, working with adoptive families, birth parents and community members. Tiana has her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work, and has worked in Child Welfare, Sexual Assault Victim Services and Adoption for the majority of her career. Tiana presents to and trains students and staff in high schools, social service organizations and businesses on the many facets of adoption, including openness, transracial adoption, trauma and the legal process. Her specialties include educating families on adopting children from foster care, training new adoptive families and outreach to birth parents in the community. Tiana has been with Adoption Choice for over 10 years, and absolutely loves her job. She is a mother to her very busy six-year-old son, and she enjoys watching the Bucks and the Packers, being outside in the summer, and spending time with her family.
